THE CARRIAGE HOUSE INN BED AND BREAKFAST

 Our stately double brick house was built in the late 1930s.  The original hardwood floors radiate warmth as you enter, beckoning you to discover the numerous inviting nooks of this historic home.  Rooms include a sunroom, parlor, screened-in porch, dining room, and living room, offering numerous spots to relax and savor a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon tea, or an evening glass of wine.  The four spacious bedrooms each have their own full bath.  

The house is centrally located in downtown Southport, 

· Only 3-5 minute (<.2 miles) walk away from the main downtown intersection, the river, shopping, restaurants, and Franklin square park.

· 9-minute walk to (.4 miles) to Southport Marina restaurants (Fishy Fishy, Provisions, Edgewater, Frying Pan, Mullet Bar, American Fish Company)

· Across the street from the Maritime Museum, Fort Johnston and the Southport Community Center and Tennis courts.
